Larry has a fear of heights. His friends would say 'Hey Larry! Why do you live 30 feet off the ground when you don't like heights?' Larry would look at them and smile - 'it's not so bad, the sun is shining and I'm fine as long as I don't look down. If I moved, the whole staircase might collapse. I like being useful.' Larry was a glass-half-full kind of guy.
