#3 Wednesday: rice bread [page 78]

Unsurprisingly this contains boiled rice. And an egg. Smells GORGEOUS when it's cooking. Very moist. Deelicious toasted with marmite. It makes a popping noise in the toaster, like popping corn!  Rather lost with ham, poached egg & cumcumber. Good un-toasted as part of a beef sandwich. A robust white. :)
